tariff & terms

Booking -

£900 / week
A 25% deposit confirms your booking.
Payment can be made by credit card, cheque or bank transfer.
Remainder of sum due to be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival.
A booking made within 8 weeks of arrival date must be paid in full.

Cancellation –

If you have to cancel please inform us as soon as possible. We will re-advertise and if re-let your money will be repaid.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances, which make Coolin Lodge unavailable for your use, we will endeavour to find suitable alternative accommodation; if this is not possible your full fee will be returned

Insurance –

Our advice is that you check your insurance cover; or alternatively obtain holiday insurance to cover the cost of your holiday.
Vehicles and property are left at the owners risk. A safe is provided for safe keeping of personal belongings.

Occupancy -

Tenancy runs from 5pm on Saturday to 10am on Saturday, luggage can be dropped off earlier by prior arrangement.
No smoking inside the premises
No dogs are allowed in the premises
Breakages or damage must be paid for. Please notify us in time to allow replacement for incoming guests
